Simple elastic rollers

Tecymacan simple elastic rollers consist of a steel helical spring made as a single piece for the entire belt width.

Impact-absorbing elastic rollers

Because they use a high-quality steel helical tension spring, the elastic and cushioning capacity of these rollers is much higher than that of any other type of roller.

Self-cleaning elastic rollers

The constant variation in the position of the spring coils produces a continuous cleaning effect, both on the roller and on the belt, and prevents dirt from adhering to the roller.

Low-consumption elastic rollers

Low-consumption elastic rollers turn very easily, so the power required to rotate them is minimal.

Centering elastic rollers

Since some are made with a right-hand spiral and others with a left-hand spiral, centering elastic rollers make it possible to correct belt misalignment.

• They are alternated in the conveyor belt assembly.
