Reversible tertiary impact crushers

AREMAR reversible tertiary impact crushers are designed for tertiary crushing stages and for the production of sand, fine gravel and other products with specific grain sizes. They stand out for their high performance in sand production and for the optimum cubicity of all output sizes.

Their reversible design allows the rotor to be used in both directions of rotation, making better use of the wear parts, and combines versatility, economy and fast replacement. Each model offers several configurations: the machine can be used as a crusher, as a fine gravel crusher to obtain fine gravel and sand, or as a sand maker for the re-crushing of surplus material.

They perform well with grain sizes that are difficult to grind, such as 3-6 mm and 6-12 mm, with an approximate 0-6 mm sand output of 50-80 % in a single pass.
